Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), NinjaTrader 8, administrator rights to install, and an internet connection for licence validation. The installer includes the compliance engine and the NinjaTrader AddOn files.

You receive a licence key and a download link for the Windows installer. You then run the installer, compile the AddOn inside NinjaTrader 8 and start the compliance engine — each step is written out in the setup guide.

Partly. Canfield Candle scripts are available for TradingView and MetaTrader 5, so you can read the same chart there. The Apex Account Safety engine runs only with NinjaTrader 8, and TradingView cannot read your live broker balance — on TradingView the risk zones use a balance you enter by hand.

Plans are monthly subscriptions. Online checkout and self-serve cancellation open with customer accounts; the exact billing terms will be shown at checkout and in the terms.

Yes. Starter is built for traders who place their own orders. Elite adds the Automated Strategies, but you can still place orders by hand on any plan.

Only some of them, and this distinction matters. Entries from the bundled strategies are checked before they are sent, so a rejected entry never reaches the broker.

Manual orders are different: the AddOn only sees them after NinjaTrader has submitted them, and then cancels any that break a rule. A manual market order can fill before that cancel lands. The system will then flatten the position, but the fill has already happened.

The rule checks run in a separate compliance engine on your PC, off your chart thread. Entries from the bundled strategies wait for the engine to approve them, with a 1.5 second timeout — if the engine does not answer in time, the entry is blocked rather than let through.

No — be sceptical of any tool that says otherwise. It monitors equity continuously and steps in when a limit is approached, which is aimed at avoidable breaches. It cannot do anything about a market gap through your level, a broker outage, a rejected flatten, or a manual fill that lands before a cancel.

Plan definitions are included for Apex account sizes from $25K to $300K, with configurable trailing drawdown and contract limits. Apex updates its rules from time to time, so check the figures against Apex’s current rules for your account.

No. We publish no backtest, no trade log and no out-of-sample result, and we make no claim about profitability or past performance. Run them on a simulated account and form your own view before risking a funded account.

Yes. The strategies place orders for you and the same account guardrails apply to their entries, but they are unvalidated software. Supervise them, and keep them on a simulated account until you have seen how they behave.
